Job Description JOB SUMMARY: The Office of the Bronx County District Attorney serves a multicultural, international community of 1.4 million residents. Led by District Attorney Darcel D. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: QUALIFICATIONS: - Train newly hired and promoted Assistant District Attorneys, DAT Writers, and Legal Writers in case processing, interviewing witnesses, case file preparation, and proper courtroom practices and procedures. - Supervise the daily operation of ECAB, which includes the Complaint Room, DAT Unit, and Arraignment parts, with a focus on ensuring that arrest matters are drafted and arraigned within the mandated twenty-four (24) hour time period. - Examine and review legal issues that constantly arise with respect to arrest matters and make decisions on the prosecution of these arrest...
