General Summary The Sr. Account Manager is responsible for managing the business relationship between major account, sales reps, and the company. The responsibilities described below are considered essential functions of the role. This position is based in NYC and requires working on-site five days per week. Key Responsibilities: - Specific focus on all off-price and club apparel accounts - Analyze customer business opportunities - Maintains and builds relationships with key decision makers - Handle all daily communication both internal and external - Responsible for closing ATS deals weekly and strategizing to move inventory - Collaborate with planning on monthly goals and yearly forecasting - Communications with all levels of customer service/ production/design - Review sales performance to help in future line development - Provide consumer insights and product needs in advance of the season - Collaborate with production team to review costing, customer deliveries & ensure margin goals are met - Ensure efficiency within off-price sample and fitting processes - Managing all top of production samples and sending necessary requirements to customers & tracking approvals - Providing s...
