Divisional Leasing Performance Specialist The Divisional Leasing Performance Specialist is a high‑energy sales professional who plays a critical role in supporting our communities across the division. This role partners closely with onsite teams to drive occupancy, strengthen leasing performance, and deliver a consistent, high‑quality resident experience. Traveling throughout the portfolio, the Specialist quickly learns each community’s unique value proposition, supports leasing and marketing efforts, and steps in where support is needed most. Ideal candidates are confident closers, adaptable, service‑oriented, and passionate about representing Berger Communities’ culture, brand, and commitment to exceptional customer experiences at every stage of the leasing journey.
