About the Role: We’re looking for a hands-on Hardware Manager to build, own, and scale our production hardware infrastructure from the ground up. This is not a legacy-plant maintenance role — this is a builder role. You will be responsible for ensuring our hardware systems are reliable, scalable, and continuously improving as we grow into new markets. You’ll operate at the intersection of mechanical systems, electrical components, and software integration, helping us move fast without sacrificing uptime. This role reports to the Sr. Regional Operations Manager and can work at either our Massachusetts or New York offices, with travel to support new market launches and system deployments.
