Provides social work service up to and including discharge for patients requiring those services. Assists client in obtaining available community, State or Federal services. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Social Work. Current Kansas Social Worker License: Minimum 1 year Social Work experience in a Health Care setting. Auto liability insurance. Clean driving record.
