We prioritise player development through tailored training programs that focus on technical skills, tactical understanding, and physical fitness. The SAFC Women’s Football Team benefits from strong collaboration with our Coaching and Analysis teams, ensuring that our strategies and training sessions are informed by the latest insights and best practices. The Opportunity: Provide pitch-side injury assessment and emergency care during training sessions and matches, while maintaining up-to-date Medical Emergency Action Plans for all training and matchday environments. Deliver evidence-informed assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for injured players, leading return-to-play processes in collaboration with the wider medical and performance team, and supporting pre-season physical testing where required.
