Position Goal Responsible for providing direct patient care based on treatment plan established by primary Physical Therapist. Experience: Required: Required: Preferred: Education: Required: - Administer physical therapy treatment programs as supervised and directed by PT staff. - Adhere to the plan of care established by PT for each patient’s care. - Operate therapeutic equipment and devices as necessary. - Document care and other patient information for medical records including history, treatment and consultations. - Comply with department policies/procedures and regulations related to infection control and safety precautions. - Bill patients according to proper procedures. - Serve as an educational resource for patients, families, and other members of the therapy staff. - Participate in professional development activities and maintain professional affiliations. - Maintain HIPAA and abide by appropriate State Ethics laws. - Perform appropriate wound care and assessment to enhance surgical outcomes. - Provide documentation with appropriate progress in a timely and efficient manner. - Stay up to date on appropriate protocols for patient population. - None - None. - One (1) year of...
