Overview EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION: Some experience in transportation construction preferred. Experience may be in the following sectors: federal, state, municipal, ports or marina projects. Responsibilities: MAIN DUTIES: Project assignments including on-site representation of client, preparation of project documentation, cost estimating, scheduling, plan review, research of records, quality control/quality assurance inspection and materials testing and oversight. May perform a review of project records, schedules, and as-built construction to evaluate change orders and requests for extension of time. Independently apply techniques and analyze for problems and methods. Ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables. ADDITIONAL DUTIES: Receive training, participation in company activities, and administrative duties. Other duties as assigned. EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE: Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Architecture, or related field. FE/EIT preferred. Knowledge of engineering principles of construction management and project controls.
