Position Summary: Florida Atlantic University is seeking an Operations Coordinator. - Boca Raton, FL. The Operations Coordinator is a 12-month full-time, live-in staff member supervised by the Assistant Director of Residential Education. The Operations Coordinator is an integral part of the Residential Education team, which ensures the development of a 450-675 bed residential community that fosters a sense of community, learning, and well-being. The Operations Coordinator supervises 18-20 Front Desk Staff and implements a residential curriculum to promote student learning and engagement. On-call responsibilities on a shared rotation supporting 4,700 residents Summary of responsibilities: Manage and supervise two 24-hour desk operations.
