About the Role: We are seeking a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Administrator to support operations and maintenance (O&M) activities at the Memphis Internal Revenue Service Center (MIRSC) in Memphis, TN. The CMMS Administrator plays a critical role in managing workflow, service requests, records, and reporting to ensure contract compliance and operational excellence. The CMMS Administrator will be onsite from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and at any other times required to manage all CMMS activities effectively.
