Works with Technical Support Analysts to provide first tier support for hardware, software and communication related issues. Assist in performing Service Desk, Field Support, and Deployment duties as needed and document operational procedures daily in call tracking software. manner users over the phone and through remote assistance. o Clearly defining user problems received via phone/e-mail/voice message o Resetting/unlocking accounts o Setting up printer profiles o Setting up email profiles o Hospital applications installation o Troubleshooting TCP/IP issues o Troubleshooting Office applications o Troubleshooting hospital software o Imaging and re-imaging PCs/laptops for deployment. • Assist Service Desk in providing Field Support/Offsite Support to users throughout the enterprise.
