Overview This Application Analyst role is dedicated to Cardiology IT within Dartmouth Health. The position focuses on the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Epic Cupid Application and related modules to support cardiovascular workflows. Key responsibilities include supporting workflows for clinical documentation, scheduling, and billing; testing of interfaces between Epic and non-invasive/invasive monitoring systems; and providing expert, proactive support for end-user education during system upgrades and changes. Responsibilities: - Functions as liaison with other IS teams and business partners and maintains project tracking information. - Demonstrates an understanding of the technical aspects of applications, as well as the operational details, work flows and how applications are used in the department. - Provides analysis functions in support of new or upgraded vendor, in-house computing systems and special projects.
