The Business Banking Loyalty Generation Marketing team develops and executes customer engagement strategies across the lifecycle – from new customer onboarding to ongoing engagement with tenured clients. Job Summary: The Field Engagement Marketing Associate equips business bankers with field-ready marketing materials, tools and resources that enable strong, consistent conversations with small business owners in local markets. This role partners with field leadership, marketing, product and risk to create compliant, on-brand content that helps bankers acquire, deepen, and retain client relationships.
