Overview HealthPro Heritage has a Therapy Program Manager / Director of Rehab / Physical Therapist (PT) Opportunity. MUST BE A PHYSICAL THERAPIST (PT): Need: Part-time with potential to grow. We are also looking for a consistent PRN Physical Therapist (PT)! Sign-on Bonus: $3,000 Sign-On Bonus for full-time Locations: Manager at Sunrise of Dublin, OH, and helped with treatments at Sunrise of Polaris, OH Settings: Assisted Living, Memory Care, Independent Living Rate Range for PT: $45–$50/hr (based on experience), with bonus potential.
