What You’ll Do: As a Junior Customer Desk Planner, you will support the coordination between customers and internal teams, helping ensure smooth order processing and on-time deliveries. Key Responsibilities: Enter and update customer orders and forecasts in SAP Support validation of customer demand vs. available capacity Assist in flagging potential delays or inconsistencies Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to deliveries Follow up on shipment status and communicate updates to customers Support coordination of urgent or special shipments Monitor demand and delivery data and escalate issues when needed Support preparation of reports related to delivery performance Help track customer complaints related to logistics Assist in following up on resolution actions Work closely with planning, logistics, and production teams Pa...
