Job Description Summary Job Description: This role serves as the enterprise lead for associate experience data, survey measurement, and advanced analytics, owning both the science and the strategy behind how the firm measures, analyzes, and improves the employee experience. The Director leads a multidisciplinary analytics team (survey researchers, statisticians, analysts, and data scientists) and acts as the senior expert on survey methodology, measurement rigor, advanced analytics, and insight delivery. This role is responsible for ensuring associate experience data is scientifically sound, analytically robust, and decision‑ready for senior HR and business leaders.
