Rate of Pay : £624.00- £825.10 per day Summary: The Programme Manager will lead the delivery and implementation of the Family Homes for Plymouth Children Programme, a strategic transformation initiative designed to improve outcomes for vulnerable children and families while delivering sustainable service improvements within Children's Services. The role will drive complex programme delivery across multiple workstreams, including family crisis prevention, fostering pathways, residential care redesign, specialist foster support, and the development of local care provision.
