Description R|O|C Physical Therapy is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Representative to support clinic throughout the Tempe, Central Phoenix, and Glendale territories . This role focuses on building referral relationships, increasing patient evaluations, and representing our services throughout the local community.This position is well-suited for individuals who thrive in goal-driven, competitive, and performance-oriented environments , and who bring discipline, resilience, and consistency to their work. What You’ll Do: - Build and maintain relationships with physicians, clinics, and community referral sources - Promote R|O|C Physical Therapy services through in-person outreach and networking - Travel locally within the assigned territory to meet referral partners and attend events - Represent the company professionally at meetings, community events, and outreach activities - Meet or exceed monthly evaluation and referral goals - Track and report sales activity, referrals, and market insights - Support new clinic openings through promotional and local outreach efforts - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive patient experience What We’re Looking For:...
