Purchasing Officer | Hedweld Engineering – Mount Thorley, NSW Hedweld Engineering is a proud family owned and world renowned regional Australian innovator and manufacturer. We are currently seeking a Purchasing Officer to join our Purchasing and Store team. What You’ll Be Doing: In this role, you will support purchasing, inventory and administrative functions including: - Assisting with purchase order creation and supplier communication - Updating and maintaining supplier and inventory data in our ERP system - Coordinating freight bookings and dispatch support - Helping to reconcile deliveries and follow up discrepancies - Filing, document control and data entry support for the Purchasing and Stores team - Contributing to stocktake processes and the accurate maintenance of inventory records What We’re Looking For: - Strong attention to detail and organisationa...
