Reporting to: Gallery Manager The Opportunity: Lumens is a leader in luxury home furnishings, lighting, and décor, serving the residential, trade, and contract design sectors. We are seeking a Gallery Concierge & Sales Consultant to join our San Francisco Design Gallery — a role that blends consultative sales, luxury hospitality, and gallery stewardship within a highly curated, design-forward environment. As a key member of the Gallery team, you will cultivate client relationships, guide customers through the Lumens assortment and Gallery experience, and contribute directly to sales growth generated through the showroom. This role is both client-facing and sales-oriented, balancing relationship development and pipeline management with maintaining the elevated hospitality and presentation standards of the Gallery.
