The Role: Develops complex quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Implements processes to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of healthcare processes by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs). Contributes to the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality management systems (QMS) within the enterprise. Conducts routine audits in order to identify areas of no n-compliance and implement corrective actions. Facilitates the implementation of quality control processes and procedures designed to ensure technology solutions and deliverables meet or exceed quality standards.
