Electrical MEP Manager

Job description

The MEP Manager is responsible for overseeing all electrical systems throughout the design, construction, commissioning, and handover phases of data center projects. The goal is to ensure that all MEP systems are delivered on time, on budget, and meet the high reliability and efficiency standards required for mission-critical facilities. Collaborate with design consultants and internal stakeholders to review and validate Ensure MEP designs align with client requirements, industry standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, IEEE, etc.), and local codes. Provide constructability feedback and value engineering input. Coordinate the integration of MEP systems with architectural, structural, IT, and security components. Facilitate interdisciplinary coordination between mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and low-voltage systems. Lead MEP coordination meetings with design teams, contractors, and vendors. Monitor and manage the execution of MEP works on-site, ensuring adherence to design documents, specifications, and quality standards.
