The Vall d’Hebron Research Institute (VHIR) is seeking an Events Administrative Assistant to join the Communication Unit . Our Unit forms part of the Communication, Corporate Strategy and Citizen Assistance Department of the Vall d’Hebron Barcelona Hospital Campus. We are responsible for promoting and raising awareness of the research conducted across Vall d’Hebron, ensuring its visibility among a wide range of audiences through strategic communication initiatives and events. Main responsibilities and duties: Coordinate and manage internal and external events. Provide administrative and logistical support to the Events Unit. Collaborate closely with other Communication teams, including Internal Communication, Press and Digital Communication. Plan, organise and execute in-person, hybrid and online events, including institutional visits, conferences, workshops and webinars. Support event evaluation through data collection, reporting and analysis. Monitor event performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
