About the Role: We’re looking for a Senior Policy SME to join our Risk & Compliance team, supporting a key policy rationalisation and uplift initiative. This is an initial 6-month contract with an immediate start, offering a daily rate of $750 (inc super). This role will focus on simplifying and strengthening a complex policy environment by reviewing existing policies and procedures, identifying duplication, and creating a clear, fit-for-purpose structure across the business. You’ll play a key role in: - Streamlining a large volume of policies across different business areas - Clarifying what should be a policy vs procedure vs supporting content - Consolidating overlapping documents (e.g. multiple versions of the same policy) - Grouping policies into logical frameworks and governance structures - Partnering with senior stakeholders to align on a simplified future state...
