Company Description Position Type: Full-time: Salary Range: $60,000/year (DOE): Korean Bilingual Required: Position Overview: We're seeking a Store IT Administrator to manage in-store IT operations at our Boston, MA locations. This individual will play a vital role in supporting daily store IT infrastructure and assisting store staff with technology-related issues. Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Maintain and manage in-store IT equipment (PCs, POS systems, printers, etc.) Support and monitor CCTV systems and network infrastructure Provide daily IT support to store employees Participate in a 3-week onboarding training program at headquarters Qualifications: Prior experience in IT support or store-level IT operations preferred Basic understanding of network and CCTV systems Strong problem-solving and communication skills: Korean Bilingual Required: Additional Information: All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
