POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Health and Wellness Director to oversee our health and wellness programs and services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing health and wellness initiatives to promote the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our residents. The health and Wellness director will work collaboratively with our team to improve overall health and quality of life. Ensures that CIEL Senior Living standards and state requirements for resident care are met. Directs staff, ensures regulatory compliance and is responsible for the management of the clinical budget.
