Job Purpose Oversee the company’s full life-cycle recruiting program, developing and implementing strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent. Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing, agile recruiting team focused on delivering results efficiently and effectively. Drive talent management and employee engagement initiatives to help foster a positive, fulfilling work environment where employees feel connected to the company’s mission, values, and goals.
