Job responsibilities: Conduct daily outreach through various channels (phone, email, etc.) to engage with Chase Business Banking clients and deliver an exceptional client experience by proactively providing comprehensive business banking solutions tailored to meet the financial needs and circumstances of their businesses. Drive a positive client experience by collaborating with relevant service teams to resolve issues, reaching out to clients to address survey feedback, and escalating matters that need further assistance or resolution.
