The Opportunity This posting is for a current vacancy. We are seeking an individual with extensive experience in a helpdesk environment providing support for all things IT including desktop, mobile and network devices. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience using/troubleshooting a wide variety of hardware and software and be able to grasp new concepts quickly. You will be the primary person responsible for supporting local and remote end-users with problem reporting, identification, and resolution. You will be responsible for providing Level 1 support to our end-users and help with onboarding/training as needed. Compensation: - $60,000 - $65,000 per year Responsibilities will include: - Providing on-site support at all Southwestern Ontario area offices; - Setting up new PC/MAC workstations, printers and other peripherals; - Diagnosing and supporting all client applications - Troubleshooting PC/MAC hardware and operating system software in a corporate environment; - Troubleshooting low voltage equipment such as Access Control, Intercom and DVR systems - Troubleshooting all support calls from a ticket queue submitted by end-users - Support of wireless telecom devi...
