FUEL TRUCK DRIVER (Oahu) – Part time The Opportunity: - Fuel Truck Driver at a growth-oriented energy company. - Work with a cohesive team to serve a small community. - Reporting to the General Manager, you will be performing tank truck and trailer driver duties by delivering petroleum products to company retail sites or commercial customers while following specific policies and procedures from written or verbal instructions. Key activities include: Note: This description is intended to give you a general overview of the position, additional responsibilities and opportunities may be identified based on current business needs. - Receives delivery orders from the truck dispatcher, organizes delivery route to including all preparations for delivery and calls dispatcher or leaves message on recorder after each delivery. - Following the Department of Transportation safety specifications performs pre-delivery trip check on tank truck and fuels, inspects truck for general operating requirements, and ascertains that all required equipment is available and in good operating condition. - Drives a tank truck & trailer or tractor/ trailer to customer’s location, connects hose to tank and opens...
