Overview POSITION TITLE (Oracle title): ADMINISTRATOR: WORKING TITLE: Administrator-Salary Quality Control SCHOOL/DEPARTMENT: Compensation Services: LOCATION: Crossroads III, Cary, NC: PAY GRADE: Administrator Band 4: FLSA STATUS: Exempt: ELIGIBILITY FOR EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT: No: WORK WEEK SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday (occasional evenings and weekends) Position is available for a hybrid telework workweek POSITION PURPOSE: Responsible for managing salary exceptions and ensuring the accuracy and compliance with DPI payroll-related processes. Supervises the Quality Assurance team by providing guidance, direction, and support to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency for code change and salary audit process. Reviews audit results, offers recommendations for improvement, and coordinates with the Audit Specialist, as needed. Primarily focuses on oversight, process integrity, and ensuring that salary and code adjustments are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
