Job Description Summary: The Director of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) will report to the CRO to implement OhioHealth’s ERM plan and processes. The Director will be responsible for the leadership, the innovation, and the management of OhioHealth’s standardized ERM framework, which focuses on: (1) identifying; (2) assessing; (3) selecting the appropriate risk response; and (4) managing OhioHealth’s future strategic and operational risks. This position will work closely with the CRO and OhioHealth Leadership to execute a comprehensive ERM program sufficient to address OhioHealth’s foreseeable operational and/or strategic challenges.
