What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire a Training Specialist within our Lodging division. This position falls under our Airline Operations line of business and supports our crew accommodations services. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs for Airline Operations agents, including new hire and ongoing training initiatives. You will report directly to the Operations Manager and regularly collaborate with Operations Supervisors, Managers, and cross-functional support teams. How We Work As a Training Specialist, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment, with flexibility to support in-person training as business needs require.
