Job description

The primary duty of this position is to assist the Quality Manager in improving the McLanahan Quality Management System (QMS) and to support the quality department where needed. This position is based on-site at our Hollidaysburg, PA facility. What You’ll Do: - Follow direction provided by supervisor or designee. - Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to, and enforcing, all safety procedures and policies inside and outside the facility, including use of personal protective and McLanahan equipment as required. - Represent McLanahan Corporation in a positive manner both internally and externally while adhering to the organization’s core values. - Communicate effectively with co-workers, management, customers, and others in a courteous and professional manner. - Provide support for maintaining the ISO 9001:2015 Certification. - Complete opportunities for improvement identified by third party and internal quality audits. - Create and revise quality documents and procedures as directed by the Quality Manager. - Analyze historical quality data (warranty, NCMs, goodwill, etc.) to identify trends and potential opportunities for improvement. - Support and update Quality informati...
