Overview: As a Senior Consultant , you’ll be working within the MUFG Corporate Governance team, a part of MUFG Corporate Markets, a division of MUFG Pension & Market Services. The award winning Corporate Governance team is one of the largest company secretarial providers in the UK and is well-known for its expertise in corporate governance advisory services and company secretarial administration. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering company secretarial services to a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring service excellence in line with agreed timescales and internal processes. You will also act as a key point of contact for technical queries, while proactively contributing to the commercial success of our business. This role may offer opportunities for client secondments, so a flexible and open approach to this would be important. The role is based from either our central London office or our city centre office in Leeds on a hybrid basis, so you’ll need to be within a commutable distance to ensure you can be in the office each with your colleagues.
