Additionally, it oversees networks, hardware, operating systems, antivirus software, internet access, and all related systems; office automation and email systems; front-office departmental systems; back-office systems; personnel systems; and other network-based software supporting these systems; as well as network security and compliance, cabling in areas not under the technical department’s responsibility, access control systems, and audio and guest technologies.
