Job Title: Buyer FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-exempt: Reports To: Sr. Buyer/Manager: Wage Range: $25.85 - $31.25/hour: Department: Buying (Accessories - 7270): Employment Type: Full-Time: Location: Home Office (Lynnwood, WA): Effective Date: Oct 2025: Position Purpose: The buyer is responsible for independently buying and allocating a defined number of categories/vendors. They are responsible for translating their open to buy to a buying plan and maximizing sales by incorporating business trend and influencing financial plan changes. Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Independently manage significant buying categories/vendors - Formulate and execute product placement strategies with visual merchandising team - Drive plan changes to react to current business trends with Planner and leadership - Manage stock levels to seasonal targets - Own assortment planning for your categories/vendor sightline - Find and grow new category/vendor opportunities - Identify and implement improvements to buying process with leadership approval - Successfully present buying strategy cross departmentally - Own MDs and consolidation strategy for categories of responsibility - Maximize sales and margin opportu...
