Job Description As the Legal Counsel at H&M, you provide legal guidance that enables, protects, and supports the H&M Group by advising on regulatory matters, negotiating and reviewing agreements, and ensuring compliance with global legal standards. You assess risks, manage contracts, and deliver clear legal support across the business, including training teams in relevant legal areas. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Legal Strategy & Standards: - You set and enforce legal standards, templates and strategies. - You stay up to date and understand global legal requirements and standards and support your market to achieve these. - You constantly improve our contracts so that we are safeguarded in the best possible way. - Meet legal objectives – ensuring regulatory compliance whilst securing business aims. Contract Management & Risk Handling: - You negotiate, draft and review various agreements, including lease agreements. - You conduct judicial enquiries and due diligence and identify and analyze any risks and consequences associated hereto. - You support tendering processes etc. - You handle and settle disputes. - You set and implement routines and the way of working for execution, handling and admini...
