Description Additional Information Regarding the Opportunity: This position will be a working Team Lead for the Pipe department. Along with leadership abilities outlined in the job description, the candidate should have a general understanding of Pipe Bending processes and equipment. Ideally, the candidate would have experience with programming, setup and operation of CNC tube benders. The role will be approximately a 60/40 split; 60% of time dedicated to Team Lead duties, and 40% of time dedicated to operating the CNC bender. Summary: Under the supervision of the Manager in Charge, the Team Leader coordinates the activities of a group of employees, ensuring compliance with all safety, production, and quality standards. In addition, the Team Leader is responsible for operating equipment to produce a large variety of product in accordance with customer requirements and specifications. This includes both standard and custom-made products and parts.
