This Opportunity WSP is currently initiating a search for a Senior Construction Project Manager, Federal Programs with the potential to work out of either Richmond, VA or Virginia Beach, VA. Your Impact: Business Development: - Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals. - Monitor local and regional construction projects for potential opportunities. - Support contract negotiations with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements. - Network with industry professionals at conferences, events, and through professional associations. - Support Proposal Preparation Efforts. - Attend Meetings and Related Industry Event as Needed. Pre-construction phase: - Assist in site selection and feasibility analysis. - Conduct constructability reviews of design documents. - Coordinate cost estimating and budget development efforts by our Estimating Team. - Lead project planning and schedule preparation effort and coordinate with project controls team. - Support client during project procurement phase and contractor selection. - Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other consultants, in-house and outside consultants.
