Job Purpose & Position Overview The primary purpose is to create and sustain the healthiest Indigenous community through the effective, consistent, and creative implementation of behavioral health tools, best practices, and knowledge throughout WCHS. Measurably decrease stigma toward behavioral health and normalize behavioral health care while championing integrated care. Influence and contribute to more effective addiction prevention, treatment, therapy, best practice referrals, screenings, and assessments. Actively support consistency, collaboration, and integration across inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings. Specific Job Duties/Responsibilities: - Understands and is able to demonstrate the goals, standards and expectations of WCHS’ core mission, vision, and values in a culturally competent and empathic manner. - Agrees to actively and meaningfully participate in elevating the level of patient centric, high quality, safe care consistent with the quadruple aim of health care delivery. - Serves as an active member of the TCUH clinical staff working in inpatient, outpatient, and occasionally community settings.
