Job Category: Human Resources Work Shift/Schedule: 8 Hr Morning - Afternoon Northeast Georgia Health System is rooted in a foundation of improving the health of our communities. About the Role: Job Summary Ensures the maintenance and compliance of NGHS job classification and compensation programs. Frequently uses independent judgement to provide recommendations to leaders related to compensation initiatives. Supports the daily needs of the department and broader range objectives including data management, survey participation, and job evaluation. Must work cross-functionally with HR Business Partners, Recruiters, HRIS, and Benefits specialist to maintain compensation programs. Minimum Job Qualifications: Licensure or other certifications: Educational Requirements: Associates degree and minimum of four (4) years experience working in HR or with HR Systems. Minimum Experience: Previous work experience in compensation or positions that demonstrated good analytical and math skills required.
