Thompson First Group is currently seeking a qualified Key Account Manager for a local manufacturing client in Emooria, VA. JOB SUMMARY: The Transportation Key Account Manager (“KAM”) is a self- motivated associate with outgoing personality with experience in customer service and order management. Reporting to the Transportation Head of Sales, the KAM is the main interface between customer projects in serial production and company's Operations team (Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain Management, etc.). The KAM will have to manage multiple accounts and projects, collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure the customers’ expectation are satisfied. We are looking for a Customer Centric and an organized individual to represent company in the Transportation market space.
