Job Description Location: London. This role requires occasional travel to company sites including Stafford, Hereford, Walden, and Kent, as well as international travel to ADM offices and industry events. This role reports to Alex Lichter, VP EMEA Flavors. ADM’s Flavours business in the UK & Ireland is a strategic regional platform within ADM’s global Nutrition organization, significantly strengthened through the acquisitions of TNS and Fuerst Day Lawson Limited (FDL). These acquisitions have established the UK as a key origin and capability hub, delivering flavour, ingredient, and application solutions both domestically and to wider EMEA and global markets. The platform brings together complementary capabilities across flavours, seasonings, sauces, and functional systems, alongside ADM’s broader portfolio in nutrition ingredients. A central focus of the role is the successful integration, optimisation, and further development of the TNS and FDL footprint, ensuring operational excellence, scalability, and consistent value delivery.
