Overview Resonetics is a leader in micro-manufacturing for life sciences, providing cutting-edge solutions in precision laser processing, advanced automation, and high-tech engineering. We are seeking a motivated Talent Development & Total Rewards Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment. This internship runs from approximately from May - August of 2026. This position is designed to provide hands-on experience in the field of Talent Management and Total Rewards. The role provides exposure to core HR functions including benefits, employee learning, leadership development and employee experience initiatives. The intern will assist with data management and tracking, reporting, analytics and program coordination. This role will also be exposed to other areas of the MedTech business through our global intern & co-op program. This role offers a valuable opportunity for someone pursuing a career in Human Resources to gain insight into strategic HR functions while supporting daily operational needs.
