Areas of responsibilities: - Ensure that the contracts are handled correctly from both a commercial and legal point of view along with Ayvens customer support policies and procedures - Action vehicle contract In-life changes requests - Receive service change or data amendment request and update system with contract change within SLA - Process end of contract related activities - Complete intercompany billing activities - Perform cash application and payment allocation processes - Analyze customer account balances and resolve discrepancies - Process invoices and related documentation accurately and timely - Recommend process improvements to create greater efficiency; - Responsible for carrying out a high-quality customer service by creating robust documentation and process mapping and be part of an end to end support of transition; - Provide excellent customer service, with the ability to build productive relationships, conduct quality sample assessments and identify process improvements; - Perform any ad-hoc analysis as p...
