This role assists with routine maintenance tasks, responds to basic service requests, and helps ensure safe and efficient facility operations under the direction of Building Engineers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assist Building Engineers with preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment. - Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs on lighting, plumbing fixtures, and general building components. - Complete routine work orders and service requests as assigned. - Support general building upkeep including painting, minor carpentry, and repairs. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of mechanical rooms and maintenance areas. - Monitor and restock maintenance supplies, parts, and inv...
