Employment Type: Part time Shift: Day Shift Description: ​ Job Title: Nurse Navigator: Employment Type: Part-time: Shift: Day Shift: Location: Langhorne, PA Description: St. Mary Medical Center, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is looking for a Nurse Navigator to join our Oncology team who serves as a coordinator, counselor, coach and clinician to oncology patients from screening through survivorship. The Navigator works closely with Physicians and cancer program staff and fellow navigators utilizing an interdisciplinary approach to care. Expedites the scheduling to keep patients moving quickly along the diagnostic continuum from abnormal imaging to treatment and follow up support services. Coordinates, participates and maintains cancer program accreditations. Responsible for providing input to budget development and expense monitoring. Serves as the primary point of contact along with the medical Director to help build and promote the program.
