About the role...: Due to the continued explosive growth of our Deals function across the UK- we are looking for a brilliant Corporate Finance Asscociate Director/ Director to join our team You’ll be a Director with strong mid-market experience and knowledge of the Deals market - a proven self-starter and fantastic client liaison, with a hunger to develop and grow business. We’re flexible on sector experience, and you could have some existing CF experience or strong transaction services experience that could transfer to corporate finance. Responsibilities: - Client and Project Management: build a strong relationship with key individuals in the client and lead the project on a day-to-day basis, Identify and resolve or bring in partner support on key issues arising. manage junior colleagues’ workstreams, ensuring project deadlines are met and high-quality outputs are delivered. - Drive Business Development: Lead activities to qualify potential targets, aligned with sector and sub-sector strategies.
