JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for assisting physician with patient care, clerical, environmental and organizational tasks. Responsible for appointment scheduling including care and chart management. Provides information to patients so they may fully utilize and benefit from the clinic services. Conveys a positive image of clinic. Collect, process routine testing, and returning results back to doctor. Obtain, process doctor’s orders, and data entry. Provide good customer service on the phone, patients, doctors and other medical staff. Work well under pressure. Perform CLIA waived moderate testing. The LPN and RN provides direct and indirect patient care in the clinic setting. He/she communicates with providers/nurse manager/co-workers as appropriate, about changes in patient’s clinical condition including results of diagnostic evaluation and changes in patient condition or symptomatol...
